SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
All our products are made locally in our production house in Klang, Malaysia. As we print all our products on demand, please be patient on our slightly longer than usual wait time.
每一幅画按订单制作，付款后约 10–12 个工作天完成并寄出。西马包邮；东马（沙巴、砂拉越、纳闽）运费按邮编计算，请 WhatsApp 我们下单；新加坡按尺寸收运费，画的价钱一样。Each painting is made to order and ships about 10–12 working days after payment. Delivery is free in West Malaysia; for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan the fee depends on your postcode, so please order on WhatsApp; Singapore pays a delivery fee by size, painting prices are the same.
For urgent orders, please do call us so we can do our best to help you expedite the production and shipment. Extra fees may apply.

RETURNS
For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect item, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, we will do a direct 1 for 1 replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement! This process generally takes only between 24-48 hours.
REFUND POLICY
For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect item, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, you are eligible for a no questions asked, full refund on the product item itself (minus shipping costs). We do not accept refund requests due to change of mind.
ITEM PROCESSING TIME
READY STOCK ITEM: Standard items take 1-2 weeks processing time.
Please note that the shipment may be split to ensure that your products arrive on time.
